| Served on shore: | USCG RM 'A' School; USN RM 'B' School; USN RM 'C' School, Communications Station San Francisco (call sign NMC), Instructor at USCG RM 'A' School (taught CW and Communication Systems); Radioman in-charge Station Alexandria (call signs K4CG, NNN0NCG and NNN0KID, and WE6N. Now my call sign is N7WQ); Radioman Chief of Communications at NNBIS (National Narcotics Border Interdiction System) Long Beach CA; Greater Antilles Section (GANTSEC) Communications Officer , San Juan PR; In-charge, Pacific Area Intel Team (PIT) & developed one of the first websites for the Coast Guard (1993); USCG Pacific Area Communications Security Officer and CMS/EKMS ISIC (electronic key management), at the time, developed the only CG-wide CMS intranet website in support of secure communications (all CG sites have been behind security firewalls). |
